Diva, not dude
Daddy has a habit of calling Maya, "dude." She's much more of a diva, don't you think?
Big girl clothes
Here she is in her big girl sweater and jeans. Darby keeps her looking like a diva!
Big Girl Chair
Here she is in her big girl highchair! She loves to sit on her own in the chair, look out at the trees in the backyard and eat her bananas!
Swaddle + Swing + Static= Sleep
And it's the only way she'll sleep! She still loves her swing and the well named "Miracle Blanket." AM radio that doesn't come in well is another requirement for sleep - the louder the static, the better. Mommy and Daddy are getting addicted to white noise sleep too...
Hammer Time
She may look harmless with the hammer here, but she actually has quite an arm with this thing!
Play Time
This is one of her most favorite toys - last week she mastered holding the balls and she loves whacking everything with the hammer. She is intense with her play and it's often hard to get her attention because she is so focused on her toys.
Feeding Time
She still loves her bananas, but she is eating a few more things now too - squash, avocados and pears. She is so much fun to feed, as she makes her cute little noises, kicks her legs and flaps her arms at the anticipation of the next bite.
